To power cycle/reboot the TV Set Top box, simply unplug it from the power source (typically wall outlet or surge protector). Leave it unplugged for a minimum of 10 seconds, then plug the power back in. You should see the reboot screens on your TV. If you do not, confirm your TV is set to the correct input/source.
Be aware, it may take up to 5 minutes for the TV Set Top Box to complete its boot-up process before it is fully ready to use.
