What can I expect after completing sign-up?

Contact our business customer care team to begin outlining the next steps to finalize fiber internet availability to your business.

Our construction team will then contact you to plan a time to install and connect the fiber internet service from the road up to your business. A “backbone” of our fiber network is being deployed at the road for all businesses and residential homes in the Village of Pulaski. From this point, conduit is used to connect the fiber at the road to the side of your home or business. We will trench from the road to your business. Equipment will be placed either within or on the outside of your business; this will be determined by our installation technicians.

The construction team will call Diggers Hotline to have your public utilities marked so the connection processes do not damage them. However, it is the property owner’s responsibility to mark any privately owned utilities that may be located on their property. Some examples would be:

Electric Cables or Gas Lines to Outbuildings

Sprinkler Systems

Swimming Pool Components

Electric Supply to Free-Standing Light Posts

Wells

Private Owned Septic Systems

Invisible Dog Fence

Low Voltage Lighting

You can mark anything you have buried with spray paint or stakes. Any private line you do have on your property that you DO NOT mark could be damaged by our equipment. If damage is done to your private lines because you did not mark them, we will not be responsible for the repairs.

Once the service has been connected to your business and the equipment is placed on the side of your building, our customer care team will contact you within 48 business hours to schedule a time to complete the final installation of fiber internet.
