Internet access is a vital tool for staying connected every day. Amid the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, it is even more essential to help students continue learning. As Wisconsin schools and universities leverage virtual learning options, Nsight Telservices is committed to supporting its neighbors during these times of uncertainty with free access to internet and wi-fi for households in need.
Residents in the Nsight Telservices service area who do not have an existing Nsight Telservices connection can get free service and wi-fi for two months. To enroll, customers can call 800-826-5215. Installation fees will be waived for these households. Nsight Telservices offers internet in the greater Pulaski, Newton, Newtonburg, Niagara and Abrams communities.
The Nsight Telservices network has the capacity to handle the households in our service area, including the anticipated additional use that’s expected as students and remote workers access the network. Speeds vary based on the distance from network equipment, but Nsight Telservices All-Out internet packages deliver the fastest speed available to a home. There are no data caps on the home internet product.
As the community works to limit the spread of the coronavirus, Nsight Telservices is proud to support its community and provide a way for families to stay connected. Until May 16 Nsight Telservices will not terminate service of any residential or small business customer because of inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus. Any late fees will be waived. This is in cooperation with the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Keep Americans Connected Pledge. Nsight Telservices will evaluate the duration of this commitment as the situation progresses.
